Steve actually built the program himself based on his experience treating his own condition for years. The program is based on relaxed and easy exercises crafted on what you’re capable of, expert breathing techniques, a custom nutritional plan that helps you breathe better, and developing almost a “muscle memory” for your body by keeping the exercises consistent and repetitive, the biggest value is having Coach Steve there with you AND it’s complete remote!
